Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MiniCross. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniCross provides a mobile application that delivers one 5×5 crossword puzzle per day. The Service includes:

• Daily crossword puzzles with across and down clues
• Interactive grid with tap-and-type functionality
• Timer functionality and progress tracking
• Reveal, check, and clear features
• User account creation and progress synchronization
• Statistics and completion tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account to save your progress and access additional features
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks or copyrighted material
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5.3 User-Generated Content

While the Service primarily provides puzzle content, any feedback, suggestions, or other content you provide to us may be used by us without restriction.

10. Termination
